Snijd de rode ui in parten.<\/li><li>Meng de groenten en kikkererwten in een grote ovenschaal met olijfolie, paprikapoeder, komijn, zout en peper.<\/li><li>Rooster alles 30\u201340 minuten in de oven, tot de groenten zacht en goudbruin zijn.
